Activities / Initiatives

Fifteen properties were inspected from Belleville on the east to Cambridge on the west throughout a nine month period.

Results Delivered

Two separate transactions were completed involving a 325,000 sq. ft. warehouse distribution centre in Brantford, Ontario and a 20,000 sq. ft. Canadian Head Office location in Markham, Ontario.

Option to expand warehouse by 80,000 sq. ft. was also negotiated.
